We are Matey Ventures, a growing real estate company delivering premium property solutions. We are currently working on our flagship project “Eyrie by Imran Abbas”, and we’re looking for a Tele-Sales Executive who can confidently engage with potential clients, present our project, and convert leads into successful deals.
This role is ideal for someone who understands real estate sales, communicates effectively, and can build trust with clients over calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential buyers and investors
- Present and explain project details of Eyrie by Imran Abbas clearly and professionally
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
- Follow up on leads via phone, WhatsApp, and CRM systems
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
- Build long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-up
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in tele-sales, call center, or real estate sales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confidence in handling client queries and objections
- Basic knowledge of real estate industry (preferred)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and WhatsApp Business
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in real estate projects or property sales
- Understanding of investment-based selling
- Experience dealing with high-value clients

Compensation
- Base Salary: Rs 40,000 – Rs 50,000 (based on experience)
